location is excellent for getting round Toulouse old town. Metro stop close by. Staff always smiling and helpful to us.

Location is good for exploring the city and places to eat as well as being in a quiet side street. Not far to walk from station or one stop on metro. We were welcomed by a lovely lady that spoke excellent English. All staff helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and a good size. A great plus was the free still and sparkling water dispenser to top up our bottles.

Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had a very quiet room facing the courtyard. The weather was very cold but it was possible to reduce the heating to suit ourselves which is not always possible in hotels. A very short walk from the airport bus stop. Very well situated for historic sites, restaurants and shops.

Great location and very convenient to visit major attractions in the city with walking distance. Room is spacious enough and good value for money. Staff were courteous and spoke good English.

Location is great, close to Place Wilson. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff at reception were super helpful in assisting me to retrieve my luggage which got misplaced by the airline en route to Toulouse.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the river and downtown Toulouse. We were in town for the rugby world cup, and it was easy to take the train from our location to as close to the stadium as possible.

The breakfast was terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, many kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, meats, bacon and sausage, cereals, and more. The coffee was from a machine and was okay, not great. But everything else was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the two small issues I had in my room. Response was immediate, and problems were solved quickly.

Staff are friendly & helpful. The Wi-Fi was easily accessable and the room facilities were good. I did not have breakfast. There were hangers in the wardrobe (I had business attire so that was really helpful). I would stay there again.

Brilliant location with extremely useful underground car parking. Staff were friendly and attentive Room was very clean and tidy Kettle and refrigerator in the room Late check out was available for an additional charge
